Sometimes you eat the bear and sometimes the hot chicken restaurants in Nashville are all closed for the 4th of July and you wind up eating Ethiopian food in a strip mall.
When we arrived in Nashville last night I had almost forgotten that we spent most of the day driving through the Blue Ridge and Great Smoky Mountains. That’s some good driving.
